Job Description
Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring & improving CNC & VMC machining operations, Machine Shop production & overall performance in shifts.
Key Role & Responsibilities:-
1. Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift.
2. Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.
3. Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.
4. Responsible for improvement in manufacturing processes.
5. Responsible for plant 5S.
