Production Supervisor

· Strong knowledge of SS grades (SS304, SS316, SS316L, etc.)

· Hands-on experience in SS fabrication processes:

·        TIG / MIG welding (food & pharma grade welding preferred)

·        Cutting, bending, rolling, polishing, buffing

·        Sheet metal & pipe fabrication

· Ability to read and interpret GA drawings, fabrication drawings & BOM

· Knowledge of surface finish standards (Ra values, mirror/matte finish)

People & Leadership Skills

• Ability to supervise welders, fitters, helpers, and operators
• Skill in work allocation and manpower planning
• Training workers on quality, safety, and best practices
