Job Description
Project Manager – Automotive Lubricants Sales
Location: Pune
Department: Sales & Business Development
Role Summary:
Responsible for driving automotive lubricant sales (engine oils, greases, coolants, etc.) across Maharashtra through dealer development, key account management, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve regional sales targets and expand dealer network.
- Manage sales projects, promotions, and product launches.
- Build relationships with distributors, garages, and fleet operators.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams.
- Lead and monitor sales team performance and market activities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in lubricants or automotive sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Willing to travel across Maharashtra.
KPIs:
Sales growth, dealer expansion, project completion, and customer satisfaction.
