- Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & ExecutionPlan and manage end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects (Rooftop/Ground-mounted)
- Create project schedules, allocate resources & site manpower
- Prepare BOQ, material requirement plans, and project budgets
- Ensure project timelines, cost control & quality standards
- Quality & Safety
- Implement safety measures as per industry norms
- Conduct quality checks at all stages of project execution
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project delivery
- Project Handover & Reporting
- Test system performance; lead commissioning & handover
- Train client on plant operations & maintenance
- Maintain project reports, MIS, site logs & documentation
