Proposal Engineer (3–5 Years Experience)

Role Overview:

Responsible for preparing technical/commercial proposals, managing client follow-ups, coordinating tender documentation, supporting project planning activities, and handling procurement-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed proposals, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Follow up with clients on submissions, clarifications, and approvals.
• Manage tender documentation—preparation, submission, and compliance checks.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams.
• Assist in vendor development, procurement, and material follow-ups.
• Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams for timely delivery.

Experience Required:

• 3–5 years in proposals, tendering, project coordination, or related roles.
• Experience in environmental projects, STP/ETP/Oxygen systems preferred (if relevant).
