Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Overall Quality function handling (Incoming, In-process & Final Inspection)
- Customer quality requirements (OEM / Tier-1) compliance
- Customer complaints, rejections & 8D / RCA closure
- Quality planning & control at shop-floor level
- Team handling – Quality Engineers & Inspectors
- PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA implementation
- Customer audits & certification audits coordination
- Rejection reduction & continuous improvement activities
- 🔹 Desired Profile:Qualification: BE / Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Plastic / Quality)
- Experience: 8–15 years in automotive manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of automotive quality tools & customer requirements
- Hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Molding / Auto Components preferred
- Good communication & leadership skills
