Job Description
- Inspect incoming materials and products before GRN processing
- Verify quantity, specifications, model numbers, and physical condition against Purchase Orders (POs)
- Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional quality checks as applicable
- Identify defects, damages, mismatches, or non-conformities
- Prepare Incoming Inspection Reports and share findings with procurement and warehouse teams
- Approve or reject materials based on quality standards and inspection results
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for replacement, rejection, or corrective actions
- Maintain quality records, inspection logs, and rejection reports
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling compliance
- Assist in developing and improving quality inspection processes and checklists
