Quality Control Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure quality control of in-house mould components and moulded parts while maintaining ISO documentation and supporting post-moulding trials.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform in-house QC of mould components with precision.
• Conduct layout inspections of moulded parts to ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare and maintain ISO documentation for quality assurance.
• Generate and analyze post-moulding trial reports for improvement and validation.
• Utilize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for inspection tasks effectively.

• Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a quality role in the plastic processing or tool room industry.
• Knowledge of moulding processes and component quality standards.
• Proficiency in CMM operations is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
