Quantity Surveyor

The Estimation Engineer/Quantity Surveyor  will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring cost control and supporting tendering and project execution teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs from drawings
2. Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work for accuracy
3. Prepare project budgets and cost comparisons
4. Floating enquiries and analyzing vendor/subcontractor quotations
5. Rate analysis for civil, finishing, and basic MEP works
6. Assist in tender preparation, techno-commercial evaluation, and negotiations
7. Coordinate with Design, Planning, Purchase, and Execution teams
8. Support value engineering and cost-optimization initiatives
9. Track cost variations, extra items, and scope changes
10. Prepare estimation reports and management MIS
