Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and generate leads for industrial real estate (warehouses, factories, logistics parks, industrial plots)
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable industrial spaces
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals successfully
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and investors
- Track leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools
- Stay updated with Pune’s industrial real estate market trends
- Coordinate with legal, documentation, and operations teams for smooth transactions
