We are actively working in West Pune locations including Baner ,Balewadi,Wakad ,Tathwade ,Hinjewadi,Ravet ,Kiwale ,Punawale and PCMC.

Job Role : Real Estate Sales Executive

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market, including pricing and project lifecycle.
• Ability to handle sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Sourcing potential buyers through cold calling, digital marketing, and personal networks.
• Qualifying leads and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline in CRM software like Sell.Do or Salesforce.
• Explaining complex details like pricing structures, payment plans, and legal RERA compliance to buyers.
• Acting as an intermediary to negotiate favorable terms and prices between the buyer and the developer.
• Maintaining strong relationships with developers to stay updated on new project inventory, price changes, and early-bird offers.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor projects to provide informed advice to clients.
• Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
