We're seeking a skilled Sales Executive/Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and sales excellence.


Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive/Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients, including property owners, builders, and other stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and close deals to meet sales targets. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Development:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.



2. Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and converting leads into deals.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all contractual and legal requirements are met.


3. Client Relationship Management:

• Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client queries and concerns.


Requirements:

• 6months – 3yrs of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management in the real estate industry.

• Two-wheeler preferred.


Skills:


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of success.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
