Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and walk-in customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property site visits with clients
- Explain project details such as pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects
- Negotiate and close property sales deals
- Maintain client records and follow up for conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
