Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through site visits, calls, and referrals
• Handle property enquiries and provide complete project details to clients
• Arrange and conduct site visits with potential buyers
• Negotiate deals and close property sales
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Coordinate with legal, documentation, and CRM teams
• Follow up regularly with prospects and customers
• Maintain records of sales, leads, and customer interactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in Real Estate Sales
• Two wheeler
• Proven track record in property sales and closures
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer handling abilities
• Familiar with local real estate market trends
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Email)
• Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / 12th Pass (preferred)
• Real Estate certification (if any) is an advantage
