Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Cold calling and following up with leads from digital marketing, portals, and referrals to identify potential buyers.
• Site Visit Coordination: Scheduling and conducting site visits for prospective clients, ensuring a high conversion rate from lead to visit.
• Customer Engagement: Explaining project details, amenities, and location advantages to clients to build interest.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and preparing daily/weekly reports on site visits and sales productivity.
• Support & Coordination: Working closely with sales, marketing, and channel partners to facilitate smooth deal closures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 1–5 years in real estate pre-sales, telecalling, or sales support.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Performance Metrics

• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Number of site visits booked and completed.
• Conversion rate from lead to site visit.
