Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (Field Sales)Job LocationPune / PCMC Area!!!

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive who will handle site visits, client follow-ups, and sales closures. The candidate must be comfortable with field work and possess strong communication skills.

• Key Responsibilities Handle property inquiries received from company leads and references
• Conduct site visits with clients and explain project details
• Maintain regular client follow-ups through calls and meetings
• Convert prospects into confirmed bookings
• Build strong relationships with buyers and channel partners
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Maintain daily visit and sales reports
• Coordinate with developers and internal team for documentation & closing
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Required Skills Strong communication skills in:
• Hindi (Mandatory)
• Marathi (Mandatory)
• Basic English (Required)
• 
  
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp & CRM usage
• Eligibility Criteria Experience: 0–3 years in Real Estate / Sales / Field Sales (Freshers with good communication can apply)
• Education: Any Graduate / HSC Passed
• Must own two-wheeler & valid driving license
• Comfortable with field work & weekend working and Office Work

Working Hours 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Week Off any 1 Week Day)
