Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, aggressive, and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive for our Wakad office who has hands-on experience in Pune West real estate consultancy and understands the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and connect with prospective clients and generate meetings

• Conduct client meetings and property site visits across Pune West

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties

• Showcase projects and explain investment potential and buying benefits

• Negotiate and close deals professionally

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

• Stay updated with market trends, project updates, pricing, and legal processes

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for conversion

• Update CRM and prepare sales performance reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures

Required Candidate Profile• Minimum 1+ year experience in Real Estate Consultancy (Pune West preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Wakad, Baner, Balewadi, Hinjewadi, Punawale, Ravet, and nearby markets

• Proven track record of site visits and deal closures

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills

• Aggressive and target-driven attitude

• Strong desire to earn high incentives and grow fast

• Leadership mindset and team player attitude

• Self-motivated and disciplined professional

• Own vehicle is mandatory

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Candidates living near Wakad location will be preferred
