Job Description
Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Charholi / Moshi (PCMC)
Role Objective:
Convert leads into site visits and site visits into bookings. Period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up on portal, FB & walk-in leads daily
- Schedule and conduct site visits & re-visits
- Explain projects, pricing, offers clearly to clients
- Close deals or push aggressively till closure
- Update CRM / lead tracker without fail
- Coordinate with CPs, builders & loan teams
Requirements:
- Sales hunger > experience (freshers welcome)
- Strong communication & follow-up discipline
- Ready for field work, weekends & pressure
- Basic WhatsApp, CRM & Google Sheets usage
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Salary + High Incentives
- No booking = no incentive
- Performance-based growth, not time-based
