Job Description

Mavericks Landmark is looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate and Team Leader to drive business growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing strategies to increase the company’s market share. This role is crucial to expanding our customer base and fostering long-term relationships with clients and partners. 

Key Responsibilities: 


 Business Development & Client Acquisition:

 Identify and target new potential clients, including individual buyers, investors, and corporate clients. 

 Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.

 Network with industry professionals, partners, and stakeholders to build and expand the company’s market presence.

 Meet and exceed sales targets and goals by developing and closing new business

Opportunities.

Sales Management:

 Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

 Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their real estate needs.

 Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Market Research and Strategy:

 Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify

 business opportunities.

 Provide feedback to senior management on market trends and customer needs to influence

 future business strategies.

 Assist in designing and executing business development campaigns to increase brand

 visibility and drive growth.

   Relationship Management:

 Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 Develop long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster repeat business.

 Resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Reporting & Analytics:

 Track and report sales and business development performance, including lead generation

and conversions.

 Provide regular updates to management regarding business development activities and

outcomes.

 Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust

accordingly.


 Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ MBA/PGDM.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Strong organizational and time management abilities.

 Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.

Salary Criteria:

 Salary Range: ₹2.4 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA (NO BARRIER FOR RIGHT CANDIDATES)
