Job Description

  • Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Sales & Lead Management Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries
  • Maintain and update leads in CRM on a daily basis
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads till closure
  • Client Handling & Site
  • Visits Arrange and conduct site visits professionally
  • Explain project details, floor plans, pricing, payment schedules, and offers
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable inventory
  • Closing & Documentation
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals as per company policies
  • Assist clients with booking forms, agreements, and documentation
  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth closure
  • Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with customers
  • Provide post-sales support and handle customer queries
  • Generate referrals and repeat business
  • Market & Reporting
  • Keep updated with local real estate market trends and competitor projects
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Achieve assigned targets and KPIs
