Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Management: Identify, reach out to, and convert prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Site Visits & Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings, showcasing unit features and project USPs to clients.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices and terms, and facilitate the documentation and closing of sales.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Client Relationship Management: Build rapport, understand client needs, and provide excellent after-sales service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or direct sales.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client negotiations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships, persuasive, and, results-driven.
• Education: 12th pass,Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is generally preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and CRM software.
• Mobility: Ability to conduct field visits frequentl
