Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the sales team

• Train new sales executives

• Handle customer meetings and serious leads

• Help team members close bookings

• Plan and achieve monthly sales targets

• Check daily follow-ups and site visits

• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and management

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

• Understand what type of retail space they need

• Show shops/showrooms at the site

• Explain area, frontage, footfall, and price

• Handle calls, messages, and follow-ups

• Work on monthly sales targets

• Keep all client data updated

• Build good relations with brokers and channel partners
