Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of residential and commercial properties.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Source and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

2. Client Relationship Building: Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.

3. Property Presentations: Present properties to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and market trends.

4. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales, prices, and terms to close deals.

5. Data Entry: Accurately update client information, sales progress, and property details in our CRM system.

6. Follow-up: Consistently follow up with leads, clients, and prospects to ensure timely sales progression.

7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on local market trends, prices, and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.


Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

2. Licensing: Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain).

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

4. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with residential and commercial properties, local market trends, and sales processes.

5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online platforms.
