Job Description
Contact and follow up with potential buyers via calls, WhatsApp, and site visits
Conduct professional project presentations and explain property features
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial projects
Schedule and manage site visits with clients and coordinate with builders
Negotiate and close deals professionally to achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain regular client follow-up and after-sales relationship management
Attend builder training sessions and stay updated on new launche
