Real Estate Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the local property market

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Interview clients to understand their needs, financial abilities, and property preferences.
• Property Marketing: Create and manage listings on platforms like facbook or 99acres, develop marketing materials (photos/videos), and host open houses.
• Negotiation: Mediate price discussions and sales terms between parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Transaction Management: Prepare and review legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
• Market Analysis: Perform comparative market analysis (CMA) to estimate property values and advise clients on competitive pricing.
