Job Profile:The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering a warm welcome and managing front desk operations efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to coordinate reservations and walk-ins effectively.

Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant front desk experience

• Manage guest reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists
• Answer phone calls and respond to queries about menu, location, or timings
• Coordinate with floor staff and kitchen for smooth service flow
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as logging guest details and feedback
• Assist with billing or takeaway orders if needed

Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles

• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Basic computer/POS system knowledge
• Pleasant personality and grooming
