Job Title
Telecaller and Receptionist
Job Summary
The Tele caller and Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations and performing telecalling tasks to support customer relations and business development. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capability to multitask between in-person and phone-based customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reception Duties
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with internal teams.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
2. Telecalling Tasks
• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Respond to incoming calls, addressing customer queries, taking messages, and routing calls to appropriate personnel.
• Engage in customer follow-ups, and record feedback and call outcomes in the system.
• Maintain a call log, update customer records, and report on telecalling performance.
3. Customer Service and Support
• Assist clients in resolving basic queries or connecting them to the correct department.
• Address customer complaints courteously and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and helpful interaction at every touchpoint.
4. Administrative Duties
• Support general office tasks such as managing files, data entry, and record keeping.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication and workflow.
• Handle inquiries and coordinate responses via email or phone as needed.
5. Sales and Marketing Support (optional, if relevant to the company)
• Support marketing initiatives by sharing information on promotions or campaigns during calls.
• Track potential leads and provide them to the sales team for follow-up.
Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Customer Service is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
