Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Location: Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description:We are looking for a polite and presentable Receptionist / Front Desk Executive for a clinic at Pimpri Chinchwad. The candidate will be responsible for handling the front desk, managing patient appointments, and performing basic administrative tasks.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet patients and visitors at the reception.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
• Perform basic billing and data entry.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
• Requirements:English typing is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel).
• Polite and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask.
