Receptionist / Front Office Executive

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Attend incoming customer calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries.
• Clearly explain Raftaar’s karting packages, pricing, offers, and ongoing promotions.
• Handle customer queries regarding bookings, timings, safety rules, and events.
• Manage and confirm bookings accurately.
• Maintain a record of daily inquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Greet walk-in customers and assist them at the reception desk when required.
• Requirements:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
• Polite, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to handle pressure during peak hours (weekends/holidays).
• Prior experience in reception, tele-calling, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
