Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and referrals
- Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients/line managers
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates and clients
- Handling offer negotiation and joining formalities
- Maintaining candidate database and recruitment records
- Supporting HR operations as and when required
- Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
