ASSET SCOUT PVT LTD is hiring for Sales Executive ( Wakad)

Eligibility:

HSC/ Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience in Sales (Real estate Preferred)

SSC with minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Real estate Preferred)

Candidate should be comfortable in working from office.

Fresher also can apply who have good communication & probing skills.

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunitie s through cold calling.

Set up site visits with potential clients.

Survey projects sites and gather data to deliver it to clients.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections .

Take Ownership of Sale. Meeting His/Her Target

Requirements:

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Ability to Understand Customer Requirement and Fulfil t hem .

Fast learner and passion for sales.

Self - motivated with a results - driven approach.

This is a field job. Should be ready to travel fo r sales.

Good Listener, Good at Story Telling Should Be Accountable Someone looking a career with a minimum of 3 years of in Real Estate

Empathetic Problem Solving Mind - set Must Have Bike.

Salary: Fresher: 150 00 / - to 25 000 / - Experience: 25 000 / - to 30 000 / - Depends on ( Competency )
