Manage store hygine

Attend walkin customers, guide them with suitable products , Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services

Customer visit for sale with prior appointment taken by a dedicated team.

Cross-sell products

provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

Inform customers about discounts and special offers during seasonal sale.

Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Assist and help for exibitions that happen atleast twice in 3 months ( perks and extra hours paid)
