We are looking for an experienced and responsible Retail Manager to handle the complete day-to-day operations of our showroom. The candidate should be capable of managing customers, staff, and sales efficiently while ensuring smooth store functioning.

Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements

Guide customers in selecting plywood, laminates, and hardware

Ensure maximum sales conversion

Handle basic negotiations and close deals

👨‍🔧 Team Management

Supervise sales staff and helpers

Assign daily tasks and ensure discipline

Train staff to improve customer service

📦 Store Operations

Maintain proper stock display & arrangement

Ensure showroom cleanliness and presentation

Monitor stock levels and inform for replenishment
