Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and Sanitising: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as dusting and polishing furniture.
- Bed and Linen Service: Changing bed linens, making beds, and replacing used towels with fresh ones.
- Bathroom Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitising toilets, sinks, and showers.
- Restocking Amenities: Replenishing bathroom toiletries (soap, shampoo) and restocking food or beverage items in the minibar.
- Guest Interaction: Greeting guests, responding to queries, and delivering requested items like irons or extra blankets.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identifying and reporting technical issues, damages, or missing items to management.
