Job Description

Job Description:

✓Sales Executive in the drinking water ✓Industry drives growth by finding new clients (retail, corporate, residential), building relationships, and meeting targets through strategic sales plans, market research, and promotion, focusing on channels like institutions, offices, and societies, while coordinating with marketing and operations for brand visibility and customer satisfaction. 

✓Key tasks include territory management, channel development (dealers/distributors/direct), executing promotions, managing accounts, and reporting on sales performance. 

✓Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify, contact, and secure new clients and business opportunities in assigned territories (e.g., high-rise societies, corporate offices, HORECA).

✓Sales Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, meet/exceed monthly/yearly targets, and manage the sales cycle from lead to closure.

✓Channel Management: Appoint, manage, and support dealers/distributors, ensuring product availability and visibility.

✓Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through excellent support.

Market & Competitor ✓Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback on trends and customer needs.

✓Promotional Activities: Plan and execute local promotions, set up kiosks, and participate in industry events to boost brand presence.

✓Reporting: Maintain accurate records, update CRM, and provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

✓Coordination: Work with marketing for campaigns and with operations/service teams for smooth installations and post-sales support. 

✓Qualifications & Skills

Proven sales experience, ideally in FMCG, beverages, or water industry.

✓Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

✓Ability to work independently, manage time, and travel as needed.

✓Knowledge of sales software (CRM) and data analysis. 

Ideal Profile

Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about sales.

Deep understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.

✓Experience in RWA/Apartment sales (for specific roles) is a plus.
