Experience in industrial, commercial, shopping malls and real estate project sales (electricals).
Experience in government tender work, railways, MES, munisipal corporation and gram panchayat etc.
Lead generation through site visit, send offer, negotiation, follow-up, order conversion.
strong communication and convincing skill to convert lead into order.
Candidates must be result oriented and ready to take sales target challenge.
B2B : Knowledge of Appoint dealer & distributors. having contacts of electrical contractors, orchitechs, MEP consultantants.
Ready to travel extensively all Maharashtra/Goa and karnataka.
Candidates having experience in lighting industries are preffered.
