Education: 12 th pass

We are looking for a smart and energetic Sales Executive to join our Tiles & Fittings Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with architects and interior designers, and ensuring smooth sales operations from inquiry to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with walk-in customers and explain product features, brands, and pricing.
• Prepare quotations, estimates, and invoices as per client requirements.
• Follow up with clients, architects, and interior designers for ongoing and new projects.
• Maintain client records and sales reports.
• Handle order processing, coordination with warehouse and delivery team.
• Support senior sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Visit project sites when required for product discussion or measurement verification.
• Keep updated knowledge of tiles, sanitaryware, and fittings products.
• Assist in maintaining the display area/showroom arrangement.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of tiles, sanitaryware, and bathroom fittings (preferred)
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team player with good time management
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
