Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to manage end-to-end real estate sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong lead follow-up abilities, and confidence in handling client meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Conduct regular lead follow-up calls and maintain strong client relationships
• Arrange and attend site visits with clients
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
• Convince and guide clients throughout the property buying process
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals
• Maintain accurate records of leads and update CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Good lead handling and follow-up skills
• Confident in conducting site visits and client presentations
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM preferred

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Any Stream)
• 0–2 years of experience in sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
• Two-wheeler mandatory (for site visits and field work)
