Sales Executive ( Commercial Interior Fit out )

1. Preparation of  quotation in ERP  for prospective & existing customers.

2. Techno-commercial Comparison , evaluation and analysis of quotations.

3. Issuing Purchase orders/ work orders to selected vendors through ERP system.

4. Tracking material ordered and ensuring timely delivery of material at site / desired location.

5. Preparation of BOQ based on drawings or inputs received from clients.

6. Coordination & communication with clients for getting better understanding of their requirements.

7. Maintaining of proper record of all Purchase Orders / quotations/ Project data for easy retrieval and reference. 

8. Adherence to the rules, regulation and policies laid down by the company.

9. Providing required inputs / assistance to sales , projects & accounts dept. personnel.
