Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller & Property Booking Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, following up on inquiries, conducting site visits, and assisting in property bookings. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Telecalling: Reach out to potential customers via phone calls, introduce available properties, and provide relevant information to generate interest.
• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into potential bookings.
• Site Visits: Arrange and conduct property site visits for interested clients, addressing any questions or concerns during the visit.
• Booking: Assist clients in making property bookings, ensuring all required documentation and payment processes are completed smoothly.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
• Data Management: Maintain and update records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and optimize client interactions
