Investors Property Consultant (IPC) is a growing Channel Partner (CP) firm with tie-ups with multiple A-graded and RERA-registered builders. We have been successfully operating in the real estate market for the past 3–4 years and specialize in residential property sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for residential projects
• Handle client inquiries and conduct site visits
• Explain project details, pricing, offers & payment plans
• Maintain regular follow-ups and close deals
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper client data and CRM updates

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in Residential Real Estate Sales
• Strong knowledge of real estate projects and market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Professional client-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM preferred

💰 Salary & Incentives:Fixed Salary (As per interview)
