Role Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients, including property owners, builders, and other stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and close deals to meet sales targets. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and converting leads into deals.

• Develop and present customized solutions to meet client needs.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all contractual and legal requirements are met.

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client queries and concerns.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, enhancing client value and revenue growth.

• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the real estate industry.


Requirements:

• 6months – 3yrs of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management in the real estate industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.


Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of success.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
