Sales Executive

As a Jio Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Jio telecom products and services to customers. Your role will focus on acquiring new users, supporting mobile number portability (MNP), handling Jio recharges, and selling JioBharat phones.

• Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell Jio SIM cards to walk-in and targeted customers
• Assist customers with MNP (Mobile Number Portability) process
• Educate customers about Jio prepaid/postpaid plans and help them recharge
• Sell JioBharat phones by explaining features and benefits
• Maintain records of daily sales and customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service and address any product-related queries
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of mobile networks and recharge processes
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
• Ability to work in field/retail environments
