Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales & Business Development ExecutiveJob Summary. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive who excels in communication, writing, problem-solving, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and consistently achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients to understand their requirements
• Present products/services effectively and handle objections professionally
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up communication
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
• Handle client issues and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
• Ability to write professional messages, emails, and proposals
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good listening skills and ability to understand client pain points
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or sales tracking systems (preferred)

Experience :- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

• Experience in service-based industries is an added advantage
