• Stay updated on competitor platforms (e.g., Apna Jobs, Naukri, LinkedIn) to refine strategies.

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple client accounts.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with job portals or recruitment platforms is a plus.
