Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join ABM Land Mark. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads from digital platforms (calls, WhatsApp, ads, etc.)
  • Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Follow up regularly with potential clients to close deals
  • Maintain proper records of leads and client interactions (CRM/Excel)
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and convincing ability
  • Basic knowledge of real estate market
  • Understanding of digital marketing (Facebook/Instagram ads is a plus)
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups
  • Professional and presentable personality

🔹 Qualification

  • Graduate / Diploma in any field (MBA in Marketing is a plus)
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
