Job Purpose

The Home Loan Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, advising them on suitable mortgage products, and ensuring a seamless loan application and disbursement process. The role focuses on building strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and individual clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Source business from the open market and through channel partners like DSAs and builders.
• Customer Counseling: Educate potential borrowers on different home loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria. Assist clients in selecting the best product for their financial situation.
• End-to-End Processing: Guide customers through the entire application journey, including document collection and file login. Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads
