Senior Account Executive

(Real Estate experience preferred)

• Roles & Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting entries with strong command over Tally software
• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management
• Ensure timely deduction, payment, , along with compliance with due dates and returns
• Manage GST compliances, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GST reconciliation
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports as per management and project requirements
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis
• Handle banking operations, including NEFT, RTGS, and cheque payments
• Coordinate with banks, consultants, and internal departments for financial matters
• Maintain proper documentation and statutory records

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Good command over Accounting concepts and Tally
• Strong practical knowledge of TDS & GST compliances
• Experience in receivable and payable management
• Ability to prepare MIS and reconciliation reports
• Understanding of real estate accounting practices will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Preferred Candidate Profile:B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• Practical exposure to real estate or construction industry
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
