Senior Account Manager

Key Responsibility

• ROI & Financial Analysis: Build and manage financial models for evaluating project profitability and risk assessment.
• Investment & Funding Strategy: Identify investment opportunities, prepare detailed loan proposals, and liaise with banks/NBFCs for project funding.
• Loan Proposal & Documentation: Create comprehensive DPRs, manage proposal submissions, and follow through with institutions for approvals and disbursements.
• Taxation & Compliance: Guide on income tax, GST, TDS planning and compliance. Coordinate with auditors and consultants for assessments and audits.
• Land Acquisition Support: Conduct financial feasibility studies for land deals, support legal/technical due diligence, and plan for statutory payments.
• Budgeting & Cash Flow: Monitor project cash flows, control costs, and ensure sufficient liquidity across project cycles.
• MIS & Reporting: Deliver monthly reports, dashboards, and insights to management to aid strategic decisions.

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven working experience as a manager finance, or a relevant role.

Strong financial modeling and analysis

Expertise in real estate finance and funding structures

Land Legal or Liaison understanding is a plus

Decision making ability

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

In-depth knowledge of RERA, GST, and real estate regulations

Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and financial reporting tools
