Job Title: Senior Advocate – Drafting Team Lead (Society Matters)

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Female Senior Advocate to lead our drafting team for society-related legal work. The role requires both team leadership and hands-on drafting expertise in conveyance deeds, deemed conveyances, and other society compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the drafting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain quality standards within the team.
• Draft and review conveyance deeds, deemed conveyance applications, bye-laws, resolutions, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with society laws, civil law, and statutory processes.
• Coordinate with housing societies, authorities, and clients for legal requirements.
• Personally handle complex drafting and legal matters as team leader.
• Maintain timelines and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

• LLB/LLM with active Bar Council registration.
• 10+ years of experience in society-related legal drafting.
• Proven leadership and team-handling skills.
• Strong command over drafting, legal research, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
